FilterTrader Support hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

The following support options are available during the free beta period:

Use only for time-sensitive or emergency support. Live support for FT or FT Pro users only. Please do not for pre-sales questions or if you are an FT Lite user. Please note: Live support is limited during the free beta period. 1-10 Minutes
Remote Assistance Situations where you need us to show you how to do something on your PC. To schedule a remote assistance session please email us with two preferred times after 9:00 AM PST (12:00pm EST). We'll connect to your PC using screen sharing technology to resolve your issue. 3-24 Business Hours
Phone Support Situations where you would prefer to speak with a support agent directly. To schedule a callback please email us with your phone number and two preferred callback times after 9:00 AM PST (12:00 PM EST). Make sure to specify the callback time zone in your email. 3-24 Business Hours
Query Building

FilterTrader provides free* assistance to current clients with:

  • Suggesting the fields and functions that are needed to achieve the client's query objectives.
  • Creating user fields to meet a given objective.

The following take significant support resources, however, and therefore are billed at $39 per hour after the client's 30-day trial period:

  • Requests for FilterTrader to build a query for the client
  • Requests for FilterTrader to suggest parameters for more than three functions per week.

This fee is charged to offset support costs and to ensure FT support staff are available to promptly service all clients fairly. There is no charge if the client's question is specific to FilterTrader and is not answered in FT's help pages.

* During a client's 30-day trial period FilterTrader will create up to 40 query rules--at no charge.
